2. Orders & Payments
- All orders are processed through PayFast.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We use Pudo Locker to Locker for deliveries.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they are handed over to the courier.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
- If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Filament Guy is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
